Sign Up For Paperless Billing

You can now sign up for paperless billing through the OECC app. 

1. Log In to OECC app
2. Click on white bar with your account info
3. Click “Menu” at bottom of page
4. Click “My Account”
5. Click “E-notifications”
6. Click “Bill Method”
7. Pick E-Bill at bottom of page
