Walt Pigott began serving Ouachita Electric Cooperative on the Board of Directors in 2001. As an O.E.C.C. Director, he has completed NRECA’s curriculum to achieve the level of Credentialed Cooperative Director (CCD). He has also obtained certification in Cooperative Board Leadership and has completed the Director Gold Program. He previously served 4 years as OECC Board Chairman. He has served on the Board of Directors at Arkansas Electric Cooperative for 4 years. Mr. Pigott retired in June 2018 as Superintendent of the Harmony Grove School District. He graduated from Fairview High School in 1983 and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville receiving a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and a Masters Degree in Administration. He served in the Arkansas Army National Guard from 1986-1990 and the Air Force Reserves from 1990-1993.
Walt and his wife, Angel Gaston Pigott, reside in Sparkman, Arkansas. They have three children, Jon and his wife Lindsey, Makenzie and her husband Kyle, Sidney Pigott, and five grandchildren. They attend Holly Springs Baptist Church.
Kelly Belt is a lifelong resident of Ouachita County and a 1995 graduate of Fairview High School. She has an associate of arts degree from SAU Tech. Kelly is a 26 year employee of L3 Harris-Aerojet Rocketdyne where she currently serves as a senior associate, configuration management in the engineering department. She is a member of Liberty Methodist Church. Kelly is married to Brandon Belt, and they share two children, Austin and Gracie Belt. Kelly is the daughter of the late Jim Garner who also served on Ouachita Electric’s Board of Directors. In her free time, Kelly enjoys camping and spending time with her family.

Lisa (Duncan) Hendrix is a Hampton native and 1975 graduate of Hampton High School and holds an Associate Degree in Business from Southern Arkansas University Tech. She is employed by Blann Tractor Company as Bookkeeper. Lisa was elected as the first woman to serve on the Ouachita Electric Cooperative’s Board of Directors in 2001. She served 15 years as Secretary/Treasurer and currently serves as Vice-President. She has obtained NRECA certification as a Credentialed Cooperative Director, received the Board Leadership Certification, and has completed the Director Gold Program. Currently, she serves on the Arkansas Electric Board AECC and on the Executive committee at AECC.
She, and husband Donnie have 2 daughters, Dawn/Russ and Kris/Chris, 3 grandsons Peyton, Garrett, and Maddox and 1 granddaughter Elise. They attend Victory Missionary Baptist Church where she currently serves as Treasurer. She served on the Calhoun Co. Fair Pageant Committee (1984-94), Hogskin Holidays Festival Committee (1995-2003) and currently serves on the Calhoun County Museum Board.

Beau Morgan currently sits on the Ouachita Electric Cooperative Corporation Board of Directors as the District 4 Director for six years and has previously served as Secretary/Treasurer for two years. He is a NRECA Credentialed Cooperative Director and has earned his Board Leadership Certificate. Beau graduated from Camden Fairview High School in 1999. After high school he attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello for two years before joining the fire service. In 2002 he graduated from the Arkansas Fire Training Academy where he obtained his Firefighter Certification. He then served the City of Camden as a Firefighter from 2002-2008, from 2008-2018 Mr. Morgan worked as Test Range Manager for National Technical Systems. In 2018 he began his career with the DoD, Defense Contract Management Agency as an Industrial Specialist. He and his wife Jenny Lane Morgan were married in 2004 and are the parents of two sons: Garrett Arnold, wife Cymber Arnold, and Mason Morgan. Jenny has been a Hair Stylist for the last 30 years where she worked at Garden Oaks Salon for 22 years and now owns and operates a Salon. She is a lifelong member of the Junior Auxiliary of Camden and served her final year as President. Beau is an active Deacon at Grace Baptist Church in Camden, Arkansas where he and his family have been members for 13 years. He has volunteered as a baseball coach for over 15 years in our community and served as Vice President of the Harmony Grove Athletic Booster Club.

David McLeane was appointed as Ouachita Electric Cooperative Corporation Director for district 5 in 2010. He is certified as a Credentialed Cooperative Director and holds his Board Leadership Certificate (BLC) as well as the Director Gold Credential through NRECA.
Mr. McLeane has been a Camden resident for the past 36 years. He is the former Vice Chancellor for Student Services at Southern Arkansas University Tech. A former math instructor and coach for the Camden-Fairview School System, his hobbies include fishing and spending time with family.
Mr. McLeane received his BSA and MA from Louisiana Tech University. He attends Cullendale First Baptist Church in Camden. His wife is Teresa Craig McLeane. They have two daughters, Kasey 30, and Kirby 27.

David Kelley is a native of Camden and resident of the Frenchport Community. He graduated from Fairview High School in 1972 and attended SAU Tech. David worked for Elliott’s Sheet Metal for 30 years and retired from Aerojet Rocketdyne as a maintenance mechanic 3 after 14 years. David has achieved status of Credentialed Cooperative Director and holds Board Leadership Certification through NRECA, served 21 years on Ouachita Electric Board of Directors, previous positions of secretary and chairman.
David is a retired volunteer fireman with 30 years at the Frenchport VFD and is currently Board President. He also served on the Frenchport Water Association 20 years as Chairman. A member of Cullendale First Baptist where he has served as deacon. David and wife Etta of 51 years have 2 children Stephen and Alicia along with 7 grandchildren.

Shelia Johnson joined Ouachita Electric’s board of directors in 2023. She is also an active member of Calvary Baptist Church. She grew up and graduated at Bearden and now resides in Harmony Grove. She currently works at Jim Golden Ford in Camden. Sheila has been happily married to her husband Kim for 44 years and they share two daughters and seven grandchildren. Their oldest, Amanda Roberts, lives in Benton where she is a physician. Their youngest, Heather Johnson, is the Assistant Director of Student Success and Disability Services at SAU Tech. Sheila enjoys photography and can often be found at her grandchildren’s sporting events.

Danny Adams graduated from Banks High School in 1965 and the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Mr. Adams was elected to the Ouachita Electric Cooperative Corporation’s Board of Directors in June of 2002. He has obtained the Credentialed Cooperative Director certificate and the Cooperative Board Leadership certificate. He previously taught geography, civics, and American Government at Hermitage High School, where he also coached Jr. and Sr. Girls’ Basketball and Track. Mr. Adams also taught and coached at Woodlawn H.S, New Edinburg H.S., Fountain Hill H.S. and Banks H.S. He has since retired from the teaching and coaching profession after 29 years of service.
He and his wife, the former Glenda N. Owens, are the parents of three children: Darren Adams, Jennifer Hamblin, and Chris Taylor. Mr. Adams is a member of Cross Roads Missionary Baptist Church in Warren, Arkansas where he serves as Church Superintendent.

Dr. Corbet Lamkin is a resident of the Tates Bluff community near Chidester. He spent thirty-five years in higher education and is retired. He currently serves on the regional resolutions committee for National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NREC). He has served on both the Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation (AECC) and Arkansas Electric Cooperative Inc. (AECI) boards. He holds all three director certifications. Lamkin is a timber grower. He is a member of the Tates Bluff Presbyterian Church.
