Power Outage affecting all OECC Members North and East of the Ouachita River including Industrial Park, Sparkman to Banks, Hampton, Harmony Grove, Holly Springs and communities in between. We have assessed the problem and are mobilizing resources to accomplish repair. No estimated time for restoration. Will send out updates as we have them.
